A brave Cumbrian man has opened up on the struggles he faces living with a life-limiting disease which has robbed him of the ability to play guitar.
Chris, who didn't want to share his surname, says his disease is tough not just for him, but also the people around him. There are good days and bad days.
But the 66-year-old told Cumbria Live dealing with losing the ability to walk was nothing compared to losing the ability to make music. He spends regular time in the Eden Valley Hospice receiving treatment for motor neurone disease - splitting his time between there and at home with his wife.
